CBS 2 celebrated Hanukkah traditions with Dan Raskin owner of Manny's Deli, who joined the morning show and provided the recipe for Manny's Potato Pancakes.

Manny's Potato Pancake Recipe

DIRECTIONS

Grind potatoes and drain water. Grind onion. Mix together. Add remaining ingredients.

To fry preferably use a cast iron pan fill 1" deep with vegetable oil. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop batter by tablespoon into the hot oil. Turn when edges are browning.

1 large egg

1/8 teaspoon pepper
