Candace Parker's Grandmother Reported Missing From Huntley

UPDATE: Joan Potter was located on Tuesday afternoon in Plainfield.

HUNTLEY (CBS) -- The grandmother of WNBA star Candace Parker has been reported missing from her home in northwest suburban Huntley.

Joan Potter, 82, was last heard from about 11:15 a.m. Monday, according to a statement from Huntley police.

When she did not arrive at her expected destination, family members went to her Huntley and home and found both her and her vehicle missing, police said.

Potter was captured on surveillance tape on Monday shopping at Wal-Mart in Huntley.

Police said there are no obvious signs of foul play.

Potter is expected to be driving a 2010 silver Ford Fusion with Illinois license plates J155497.

"Everyone please my family needs your help," Parker posted on her Facebook page Tuesday afternoon. "Our Grandmother is missing and we desperately want to find her and bring her home safely. Joan Potter was last seen yesterday around Huntley, IL and would be traveling on Route 47."
