Can You Tell Where This Historic Chicago Photo Was Taken?

By John Dodge

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The folks here at CBS Chicago love a good historical mystery.

Somebody over at Reddit Chicago is trying to figure out where the photo picture was taken.

Here is what we know at this hour ...

Hey geniuses of /r/chicago, this is a photo taken somewhere around 1925 in the Chicago area. The man on the left is my great-grandfather and the man on the right is his brother. My great-grandfather lived in Oak Park for at least some of the time around then and worked in Chicago. They were both musicians.
The elevated structure behind them looks to me like an old El station. I did a little Google Maps streetview-ing and wasn't able to find any structure like the one to the right off the green line. Anybody else have any guesses?

Head over to Reddit if you can help with the investigation.
