Bulls' Over/Under Wins Total For 2016-'17 Set At 38.5

(CBS) A ballpark expectation for the 2016-'17 Chicago Bulls has been established.

The Bulls' over/under total for wins has been set at 38.5 by the Westgate Superbook, it was announced Tuesday. That's tied for the 10th-highest total in the Eastern Conference, so to put it another way, Vegas doesn't expect Chicago to make the playoffs.

That over/under total, of course, is set to draw equal betting action on both sides, so it's not a perfect reflection of what experts think will happen.

The Bulls went 42-40 last season in coach Fred Hoiberg's first season, missing the playoffs for the first time since 2008.

Here's a list of the over/under wins totals, led by the Warriors at 66.5.
