Bulls' Nikola Mirotic's Status In Doubt For Game 3

(CBS) Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic's status for Game 3 is in doubt after he suffered a strained left quadriceps and knee swelling following a fourth-quarter skirmish on the floor with the Bucks' Zaza Pachulia in Chicago's 91-82 win on Monday night in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference first-round series.

Pachulia was ejected following the scuffle, as he picked up his second technical foul.

Mirotic was still noticeably limping after Tuesday's film session, the Tribune reported. Officially, the Bulls didn't give a timetable, but it doesn't sound like he'll be ready for Thursday's game in Milwaukee, with coach Tom Thibodeau saying it's "going to be a few days."

"We want to see how he responds to treatment and then we'll go from there," Thibodeau said, according to the Tribune. "He's sore today. That's to be expected. We'll know better after a few days of treatment."
