Blackhawks Sign Robin Norell To 3-Year Deal

(CBS) The Blackhawks have signed defenseman Robin Norell to a three-year deal, they announced Thursday.

The 21-year-old Norell will report to AHL Rockford. He played with Djurgardens IF in the Swedish Hockey League this season, recording eight points in 51 games. He was Chicago's fourth-round draft pick in 2013, and he played for Rockford in the 2015 Calder Cup playoffs.
