Blackhawks' Kane, Saad Once Again Sporting Playoff Mullets

(CBS) With their playoff opener on tap Thursday, Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane and Brandon Saad on Tuesday evening partook in what's because a tradition for them.

They each went to 316 Club Barber Spa on Tuesday and got playoff mullets, according to various reports.

It was the fourth time in the past five years that Kane will feature the look in the postseason, including last year, when the Blackhawks beat the Bruins to win the Stanley Cup. He started it in 2010, when the Blackhawks beat the Flyers to win the title. It's the second straight year that Saad has gone with a playoff mullet.

316 Club general manager and barber Carmelo Preiti posted a picture with the forwards after cutting their hair:
