Blackhawks Convention Passes Go On Sale Monday

(CBS) Weekend passes for the eighth annual Blackhawks Convention will go on sale The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that weekend passes for the eighth annual Blackhawks Convention, presented by Magellan Corporation, will go on sale on this coming Monday at 10 a.m.

The convention -- billed as the first of its kind in the NHL -- will be held from July 17-19 at Hilton Chicago at 720 S. Michigan Avenue.

Fans interested in attending can purchase weekend passes online at chicagoblackhawks.com or through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday. The Convention will feature both current Blackhawks players and alumni throughout the weekend and include numerous autograph and photo sessions, question-and-answer panels, exhibits and interactive games and much more.

Blackhawks players, coaches, executives and alumni are expected to attend. The convention has sold out in each of its first seven years.
