Blackhawks Bring Back Michal Rozsival On 1-Year Deal

CHICAGO (AP) -- The Chicago Blackhawks have agreed to terms with defenseman Michal Rozsival on a one-year contract.

The 37-year-old Rozsival had 13 points (one goal, 12 assists) in 65 games with the Blackhawks last season. He added an assist in 10 playoff games for the Stanley Cup champs. Rozsival has 33 points (two goals, 31 assists) in 134 games with Chicago over the past three seasons.

Rozsival has 293 points (66 goals, 227 assists) over 890 games with Pittsburgh, the New York Rangers, Arizona and Chicago. Rozsival was selected by Pittsburgh in the fourth round (105th overall) of the 1996 draft.
