Bears Sign De'Vante Bausby To Active Roster, Dres Anderson To Practice Squad

By Chris Emma--

(CBS) The Bears have signed defensive back De'Vante Bausby back to their active roster three days after he was waived to adjust depth. Receiver Dres Anderson has been signed to the team's practice squad.

Bausby was wavied so the team could sign Jimmy Staten to the active roster as depth on the defensive line became an issue. Staten was waived Monday. He could be signed back to the practice squad Tuesday.

Receiver Darius Jennings was waived from the practice squad. Anderson had a tryout with the Bears on Monday at Halas Hall.

The Bears (2-8) return to work on Wednesday as they prepare for their Sunday contest with the Titans.
