Bears' Jay Cutler Active, Alshon Jeffery Inactive

By Chris Emma--

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has been listed as active and will start against the Raiders, while receiver Alshon Jeffery is listed as inactive and out for Sunday's game.

Cutler suffered a pulled hamstring two weeks ago at Soldier Field while pursuing the Cardinals' Tony Jefferson, who returned an intercepted pass for a touchdown. He left the field immediately and didn't return. Cutler was on the field two hours prior to the game and established a belief that his hamstring was serviceable.

The status of Jeffery was uncertain as of Saturday night, when he was receiving treatment. However, it was determined that he couldn't play, meaning the receiver will miss his third straight game.

The Bears will also be without tackle Jermon Bushrod, defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff and punter Pat O'Donnell, and they've listed David Fales, Ka'Deem Carey and Hroniss Grasu as inactive.

Kickoff from Soldier Field comes at noon, with the Bears seeking their first win.
