Bears' Fuller Named NFC Defensive Player Of The Week

(CBS) Bears rookie cornerback Kyle Fuller has been named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week after a standout performance in just his second career game last Sunday, when Chicago rallied for a 28-20 win at San Francisco.

Fuller had two crucial fourth-quarter interceptions that set up Bears touchdowns. Fuller also had six tackles.

With veteran cornerback Charles Tillman out for the year now with a triceps injury, Fuller is Chicago's No. 2 cornerback.
