By Chris Emma--

CHICAGO (CBS) -- After missing the week of practice, Bears receiver Eddie Royal won't play Sunday against the 49ers as he nurses a toe injury.

The Bears' inactives also include Adrian Amos, De'Vante Bausby, Jonathan Bullard, Cornelius Edison and Deiondre' Hall.

Bears rookie linebacker Leonard Floyd is active after missing last Sunday's contest with a concussion.

With Jay Cutler headed to injury reserve, Matt Barkley will make his second career start. Barkley passed for 316 yards and three touchdowns in the team's 27-21 loss to the Titans last week.

Kickoff between the Bears (2-9) and 49ers (1-10) is at noon from Soldier Field.
