Bears' Bushrod, McPhee Are Active; Grasu, McClellin Ruled Out

(CBS) Bears tackle Jermon Bushrod and linebacker Pernell McPhee will both play Monday in San Diego, while starting center Hroniss Grasu and linebacker Shea McClellin were ruled out.

It's likely that Charles Leno will continue to start in Bushrod's place at left tackle. Bushrod hasn't played since Chicago's loss in Seattle in Week 3. McClellin will miss his third straight game as he recovers from an ankle injury.

With Grasu out of the lineup, the Bears will start left guard Matt Slauson at center for the second straight game.

Additionally, the Bears will be without running back Matt Forte and receiver Eddie Royal, each of whom suffered knee injuries last week, while safety Harold Jones-Quartey, offensive lineman Tayo Fabuluje and defensive lineman Ziggy Hood were listed as healthy inactives.

Kickoff between the Bears (2-5) and Chargers (2-6) comes at 7:30 p.m. CT from San Diego.
