Bears Bring Back Chris Prosinski On 1-Year Deal

(CBS) The Bears have re-signed safety Chris Prosinski to a one-year deal, they announced Friday morning.

Prosinski latched on with the Bears in late September last season, and he went on to play in 13 games and make five starts. He had 32 tackles, one sack and a forced fumble. His nine special teams tackles were third most on the team.

The 28-year-old Prosinski spent his first three NFL seasons with the Jaguars, then split time between Jacksonville and Philadelphia in 2014. He was a fourth-round pick by the Jaguars in 2011.
