Bats Hot For Cubs As They Pound Giants In Cactus League Play

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (CBS) -- The Cubs jumped all over San Francisco Giants starter Johnny Cueto in Cactus League play on Tuesday.

Ian Happ kept the line rolling as the Cubs got six straight hits. They scored five runs in the second inning.

In the sixth, Javy Baez ripped his third homer of the spring. He had three hits on Tuesday, as did Willson Contreras.

The Cubs had five runs again in the ninth inning, and ended up pounding the Giants 11-3.
