Barber Who Shaved Famous Arrieta Haircut Offers Free Cubs Logo Cuts For Game 3

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Some fans go all out to show their love for the Cubs.

New Style Barbershop's Miguel Rosas will be offering free Cubs logo cuts at the ACME Hotel Downtown from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. After 3 p.m. Rosas will travel to Wrigleyville and offer free Cubs logo cuts until sun down, weather depending.

Rosas has been giving Cubs cuts since last season, and the popularity has peaked during the World Series. He has been showing off his skill and art form by cutting Cubs players' faces on the backs clients' heads.

"So when you do something like this on someone's head, you have to do the negative," Rosas said. "When you are drawing on paper, you are adding to the paper, to your canvas, here you have to do the opposite. Anywhere where you see light spots on the picture is where you have to cut the hair shorter."

He has cut many players into the back of clients heads, including...

Kyle Schwarber

Aroldis Chapman

Anthony Rizzo

Addison Russell

One of his first clients at the ACME hotel Friday afternoon was 4-year-old Soren Shah, who got the Cubbie bear head shaved in the back of his head.

Rosas is a life-long Cubs fans from the Quad Cities. He has a knack for drawing designs in hair, from simple things like the Cubs logo to a hair-raising replication of Jake Arrieta.

Rosas said the player replications can take anywhere from two to three hours.

The Cubs take on the Indians at home for Games 3, 4 and 5 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The teams are currently tied in the World Series, 1-1.
