CHICAGO -- Keeping your kid's lunchbox appetizing--and healthy--can be a struggle. But as back-to-school season crashes into your life, here are some tips for preparing healthy lunches.

These are a few foods that include high levels of added sodium, sugar and artifically-sweetened drinks:

  • Deli Meat Sandwiches
  • Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
