Apartment Building Fire In Highland, Indiana Leaves Several Without Homes

CHICAGO (CBS) -- An apartment building caught fire shortly before 4 p.m. Friday in Highland, Indiana, leaving multiple people without homes.

The fire in the 9500 block of Hampton Drive started in one of the homes and quickly spread.

One resident watched as flames inched closer to his apartment.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
