American Airlines To Fly Millions Of Vaccine Doses Out Of Chicago To Guatemala

CHICAGO (CBS)-- American Airlines will fly millions of vaccine doses out of Chicago Tuesday morning.

Doses will be flown to Guatemala.

At 10 a.m., the airline will load up the shipment into one of its planes at O'Hare Airport.
