Accident Snarls Kennedy During Rush Hour
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A multi-car accident has brought traffic to a near standstill during rush hour on the Kennedy Expressway.
The accident occurred on the inbound Kennedy at Harlem Avenue shortly before 8 a.m.
The crash involved three vehicles, and at least two people were transported to the hospital.
A spokesman in the Illinois State Police said traffic was getting past on the left lane and that the accident scene could remain active for several hours.
