Flu Season Spikes Orange Juice Sales

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Americans battling the flu have been on the hunt for vitamin C.

Orange juice sales jumped in January with nearly 39 million gallons sold.

According to Nielsen, the sales spike is the first in nearly five years.

But analysts expect the boost to end after the flu season.
