LOCATED: Nihmar Smith, 4 Months Old, From North Austin

CHICAGO (CBS)-- UPDATE: Four-month-old Nihmar Smith has been found after he was reported missing from the North Austin area, according to Chicago police.
Police said Nihmar is believed to be with his biological mother Crystal Smith. Nihmar is the subject of a Child Protection Warrant, which was issued in March of 2019.
