(STMW) -- Three people were wounded in an Ashburn neighborhood shooting on the Southwest Side on Saturday afternoon.

A woman and two men, all 19, were in a car about 3 p.m. in the 8100 block of South Campbell when another vehicle pulled up and someone with a gun got out and opened fire, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.

The woman was shot in the thigh and taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Zala said.

One man was shot in the side and the other in the hand, police said. Their hospital information wasn't immediately available.
