15-Year-Old Girl Missing From Far South Side Since September

(CBS) -- Chicago Police are asking for help in locating a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in September.

Tiara Lucks, 15, was last seen wearing a pink and white Nike jacket, light colored blue jeans and black Nike shoes in the vicinity of 13000 S. Champlain Avenue on Sept. 21 at 9:30 p.m.

Lucks is a 5'5", 130 pound African American girl with black hair.
