Peabody WWII Memorial Damaged After Wind Topples Christmas Tree

PEABODY (CBS) – Strong winds during Monday's storm caused major damage outside Peabody City Hall.

The city's Christmas tree fell down on the World War II Memorial, breaking it in half.

Crews removed the tree. There is no word on how long it will take to fix the memorial.
