Worcester Woman Charged With 6th Drunk Driving Offense

WORCESTER (CBS) -- A Worcester woman was arrested for allegedly driving drunk Sunday, making it her sixth OUI offense, according to State Police.

Lisa B. Cook, 48, was pulled over by State Police just after midnight Sunday for speeding and driving erratically. According to police, Cook failed field sobriety tests that were administered by the trooper.

Police said Cook fought the trooper while she was being arrested. She is charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, failing to keep within marked lanes, and failing to yield at an intersection. She is being held on $20,000 bail.
