Woman Killed In Rollover Crash In Weymouth

WEYMOUTH (CBS) -- A Marshfield woman has died as a result of a rollover crash in Weymouth on Sunday.

State Police responded to the crash on Route 3 South near Exit 16 around 6 p.m. after a trooper on duty witnessed the crash from the northbound side.

According to officials, the woman's 2003 Ford Explorer, hit a Honda CRV, then rolled over and she was ejected from it.

She was taken to South Shore Hospital and later pronounced dead.

The three people in the CRV were uninjured.

Police have not released her identity.

It is unclear what caused the crash, police have not released any more information at this time.
