Woman Hit By Car, Seriously Hurt In Lynn

LYNN (CBS) – A woman was rushed to the hospital after she was struck by a car in Lynn late Monday night.

The unidentified woman was walking across Market Street around 10:20 p.m. when she was hit by a Dodge sedan.

The driver stopped.

The woman was airlifted on a medical rescue helicopter to a Boston hospital.

There's no word yet on her condition or if the driver will be charged.
