Woman Critically Injured In Dorchester Accident

BOSTON (CBS) -- A woman was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a van in Dorchester on Sunday afternoon.

The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Adams Street near Standish Village. The driver did stop at the scene and spoke with police.

The victim's status is currently unknown.

As of late Sunday night, no charges had been brought against the driver.
