Weston Couple 'Lucky To Be Alive' After Tree Falls Onto Passing Truck

WESTON (CBS) – A married couple narrowly escaped tragedy after a massive tree fell onto their passing pickup truck Friday in Weston.
The tree feel onto the front of the couple's truck while they were driving on North Ave. just before 4 p.m.
The husband said he saw the tree falling out of the corner of his eye and managed to slow down before impact.
Both the driver and his wife were taken to an area hospital but are expected to be OK.
Fire officials said the couple is "very lucky to be alive."
