Water Main Break Floods South End Streets
BOSTON (CBS) - A water main break flooded Harrison Avenue in Boston's South End late Tuesday night. The road is buckled and multiple cars were submerged.
Firefighters responded to the break at about 9:15 p.m.

An entire parking lot in the area was flooded. Crews worked overnight to drain the water.
Meichi Peng owns an interior design studio and home furnishings boutique on Harrison Avenue. When she realized water was rushing in, she had to race to find a way out.
"It was gushing in so fast. It was a little less than ten minutes. If I didn't leave at that moment, I probably would be trapped there," she told WBZ-TV.
