Video: Driver Passes Marked Cruiser, Nearly Causes Crash In NH

PELHAM, NH (CBS) - Dash cam video shows a car passing a marked police cruiser and nearly causing a crash in Pelham, NH.

The police officer pulled the driver over who now faces several charges.

"We are always on the lookout for motor vehicle infractions when out on patrol," Pelham PD wrote on their Facebook page. "Some are more obvious than others."

The driver was cited for speed and unlawful passing. He was also warned for a yellow line violation and failure to use his turn signal.
