Wild Turkey Crashes Through Window Of Upton Home, Released By Police

UPTON (CBS) -- An unwanted guest crashed into a home in Upton over the weekend. Police officers responded Saturday night after a wild turkey flew through a glass window on the third floor.

The turkey was undeterred "and began roaming through the house," police said.

Officers were able to catch the turkey before it caused much damage. They determined it was not injured and released the bird into the woods.

Last week, a Chestnut Hill woman was surprised to find a wild turkey inside her living room.
