"I heard like 15 bullets. Pop, pop, pop, pop," the man, who remained anonymous, said. "I saw a Uhaul truck go down the street, but it parked. But naturally if a car is going to park, it parks in a parking space. So I feel it was a set up."

Neighbors feel so unsafe that one woman said her daughters aren't allowed to play outside.

Police are investigating the incident. No arrests had been made as of Saturday night, and the victim's name has not been released. Anyone with information is asked to call the Boston Police Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470
