Two People Hurt After Large Branch Falls In Franklin Park
BOSTON (CBS) -- Two men were hurt when a large tree branch fell on them while they were sitting on a bench at Franklin Square in the South End Sunday evening.
A witness recalled the moments before the incidents.
"I yelled, 'move, move, the branch is coming,'" one witness told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
One man suffered minor injuries. The other, who was pinned, under the branch was taken to a nearby hospital and later released.
Many park-goers today are looking up before sitting down.
