Two Arrested In Sturbridge For Alleged Heroin Trafficking

STURBRIDGE (CBS) -- Two men were arrested by State Police on Route 84 in Sturbridge Saturday night for allegedly trafficking heroin.

According to State Police, Trooper Sergio Figueiredo pulled over a 1999 Buick Century for several traffic violations.  Police found heroin in the vehicle and on the passenger.

The driver, Brandon Hanson, 27, of Brownville, Maine, and the passenger, Joshua Trowbridge, 30, of Milo, Maine, were arrested and charged with heroin trafficking. Hanson was also charged with traffic violations including speeding and failure to stay within marked lanes.

Both men are being held on $5040 bail.
