Truck Narrowly Misses Crashing Through West Newbury Home
WEST NEWBURY (CBS) – A dump truck barreled onto the front lawn of a West Newbury home on Friday afternoon, missing a front door entrance by just feet.
Massachusetts State Police said at about 3 p.m. on Friday that a large truck went off of Route 113 in West Newbury, coming to a stop on the lawn and kicking up dirt onto the home's front door.
No one was injured during the incident, which is being investigated by West Newbury police and the state police truck team.
According to state police, the truck team found no mechanical problems with the truck.
