Truck Hits Overpass On I-95, Weather Equipment Spills Onto Roadway

ATTLEBORO (CBS) -- State Police say a truck struck an overpass on Interstate 95, causing a load of weather equipment to spill onto the roadway on Thursday morning in Attleboro.

Troopers were called to the area just south of exit 4 at the Clifton Street overpass around 6:18 a.m.

The truck was traveling south when the crash occurred.

The equipment that fell off the truck may have been radar domes for a piece of weather equipment, police say.

Two right-hand lanes were shut down.

No one was hurt.

Citations are pending further investigation by State Police.
