Trooper Saves Pitbull Puppy That Ran Into Somerville Traffic

SOMERVILLE (CBS) -- A quick-thinking trooper saved a baby pitbull that ran into traffic on Tuesday morning, Massachusetts State Police said.

Trooper Brian Boike was working a detail in Somerville when Bella, a 2-month-old pitbull, dashed into the street.

Boike was able to corral the dog and bring her back to her owner, police said.
