Tractor-Trailer Loaded With Trash Overturns In Chelsea

CHELSEA (CBS) – A tractor-trailer truck loaded with what appeared to be trash rolled over on the ramp from Route 16 to Route 1 north in Chelsea Wednesday afternoon.
Massachusetts State Police say there were no injuries reported.
The crash forced the closure of the ramp, as well as two lanes on Route 1. Traffic was getting by slowly on the left lane.
