Tractor-Trailer Rolls Over In Newton, Spilling Diesel Fuel

NEWTON (CBS) – Traffic was slowed on the Mass Pike on Saturday after a tractor-trailer rolled over, spilling fuel on an off ramp.

Massachusetts State Police closed the ramp at Exit 16 in Newton after a crash around 1 p.m.

The truck could be seen on an embankment in the area.

Police said 50 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the truck.

No one was injured during the accident, though cleanup in the area delayed traffic.
