Three Arrested In Armed Robbery Investigation Turned Drug Bust

CONCORD, N.H. (CBS) -- Three men have been arrested after an alleged home invasion in Concord, NH, led to police finding drugs hidden in the home.

Police responded to reports of an armed robbery at an apartment shortly after 11p.m. on April 10.

According to police, the homeowner, 48-year-old John Henry Cowdrey, allowed 39-year-old Randy Alcantara -- whom he knew -- into the home. The incident quickly turned into an apparent armed robbery when another man, Nathan Lemire, 31, followed into the home pointing a gun at Cowdrey and his 11 year-old son, according to police.

Police later searched the apartment and found drugs along with evidence the drugs were being sold from the home. Cowdrey was arrested and faces drug and child endangerment charges.
