Texting Will Get Drivers On 'Naughty List,' Mass. Highway Signs Warn
BOSTON (CBS) -- He sees you when you're sleeping – and he knows when you've been texting and driving, too.
That's the message of some new holiday-themed signs on Massachusetts highways intended to discourage distracted driving.
"Texting Will Get You On The Naughty List," one sign on I-93 south in Quincy reads.
MassDOT says there will similar safety-related messaging around the Christmas holiday on roads throughout the state.
Drivers who get caught texting while driving in Massachusetts face a $100 fine for the first offense.
