Man Accused Of Soliciting Girl For Sex In Framingham

FRAMINGHAM (CBS) – A Rhode Island man has been arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from a 14-year-old girl at Shoppers World in Framingham on Monday.

The girl says she was walking by herself in the parking lot near Olive Garden when she was approached by a man who rolled his window down and offered her money in exchange for sex and told her to get in his car. She refused and kept walking.

The suspect continued to follow her and again asked her to get in the car. She again declined and a bystander called 911.

The suspect, 25-year-old Robert Toney, was arrested in Sherborn hours later.

Toney will be arraigned Tuesday on a charge of enticing someone under 16.
