Tewksbury Police Surprise Boy Battling Leukemia

TEWKSBURY (CBS) – A little boy battling leukemia got a huge surprise from the Tewksbury Police Department Thursday.

A motorcade escorted four-year-old Cole Moniz to the department. Inside, officers gave him and his family a $5,000 check to help his family cover the costs of treatment.

Cole was sworn in as a police officer and even got his own cruiser.
