In court, the prosecutor said Rosales told the girl to hug him, then he groped her over her clothes and thrust himself on her, kissed her neck and said "I've missed you."

Rosales's defense attorney said he denies the charges "wholeheartedly."

Rosales, a citizen from Guatemala, was ordered to surrender his passport and have no contact with the girl or anyone under 16. He was released on personal recognizance.
