Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen Campaign For Clinton In New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (CBS) -- Much to the surprise of voters heading in and out of the polls, actor Ted Danson and his wife, actress Mary Steenburgen, showed up at the Webster Elementary School to campaign for Hillary Clinton.

They shook hands with residents, and thanked volunteers for all their hard work.

Danson touted Clinton's environmental record, but added that both the former Secretary of State and Bernie Sanders are great candidates.

"Both people are after basically the same things, and you get to choose which approach you think will be successful," said Danson. "That's the discussion, and it's a really good one."

Steenburgen is calling Clinton the most qualified of all the presidential candidates.
