Swan On The Tracks Briefly Stops MBTA Orange Line Trains

SOMERVILLE (CBS) -- A swan in Somerville slowed down the MBTA for Orange Line commuters Friday morning.
The bird was spotted on the southbound track at Assembly Station.
The MBTA confirmed that some trains were held for a few minutes after the swan was spotted.
When an MBTA official approached it, the swan took off and service was resumed.
