Suspect In N.H. Bank Robberies Arrested

MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) -- Manchester, New Hampshire police say they have arrested a homeless man in connection with a pair of recent bank robberies and an attempted robbery in the city.

40-year-old Michael Giles was taken into custody late Sunday morning after police responded to a report of an unarmed robbery occurring at the TD Bank branch on South Willow Street in Manchester.

Giles was spotted nearby by authorities and identified as the suspect.

Manchester Police says Giles held up another TD Bank on Bay Street earlier this month.

Authorities also believe he also tried to rob the Citizens Bank branch on Elm street in January of last year.
